HOVER is a photo app used to capture images of any structure on your job site. HOVER measures the structure directly from a series of photos taken through the app using your smart phone. HOVER saves you time by gathering measurements with the click of a button, and us time designing your project.
KD Outdoor Design covers all HOVER fees. Use it as much as you’d like!

We work with firms of all shapes and sizes, but most of our clients are landscape architects, engineers, pool/deck/patio builders, and custom home builders. Some of our clients partner with us to create designs from scratch, and others partner with us to help get their already started designs completed and formatted in the right deliverables. We can help with modeling, drafting and rendering on an as-needed basis by acting as an extension to your in-house design team.

Typical turnaround is 1-6 weeks depending on the scope of the project and other factors. We encourage you to reach out to our team for up-to-date availability.

We can produce a design from scratch, or we can take your existing design or sketch and work from there to produce a completed design. Think of us as your design team, producing designs at all levels.

Scaled CAD plans are available. Our CAD plans include measurement callouts, material schedules for plants, pavers, block, and lighting, and elevation schematics when applicable.
Upon request, we can include site boundary, set back/easement data, survey/topography data, tree study data, and other sections and schematic drawings.
Construction drawings and sealed plans are available upon request for an additional design fee.
