FAQ

  • KD Access is a small collection of budget-conscience design packages. These packages are crafted specifically for small residential projects.

  • To qualify, a project needs to be a residential outdoor living design located in the US, have a budget under 100k, and have only one principal structure under 3k SF.

  • KD Access designs are created in Idea Spectrum’s Realtime Landscape Architect software.

  • Each KD Access package includes 3D renderings (JPG), a scaled 2D plan (PDF), and a copy of the Realtime Landscape Architect project file.

    Files are delivered via email with a link to the KD Client Portal where you can download files to a computer, tablet, or phone.

  • Yes, we encourage all clients to join our KD HOVER account and capture images of the home structure using the HOVER app, free of charge.

  • Typical turnaround is 1-6 weeks depending on the scope of the project and other factors. We encourage you to reach out to our team for up-to-date availability.

  • KDA packages include one revision, if requested within 10 business days of project delivery. Revisions that involve changing the original scope of work may incur additional design fees.

    Revisions requested past 10 days from the delivery of the project will be quoted accordingly.
